Hi,
Is there a way to grant shell access to the default FTP user when creating a subdomain? This option is clearly there when you create a top-level domain, but I don't see the same when creating subdomains.
This seems like such an easy thing, but I cannot seem to find a solution after hours of searching.
It's driving me nuts cause now I have to manually edit /etc/passwd file to grant access, which defeats the purpose of having PLESKS as a tool that allows clients to be able to administer their own domains and subdomains.
Please help
