Hello everyone ,
I need help with a little information about a subject.

We have 1 group e-mail address (all@a.com)
There are 4 personal e-mail addresses in all@a.com.
The mails are working, there is no problem in this regard.

But when the sender sends it to abc@a.com and all@a.com, there are two in the mail inbox.
Even if we warn the sender, sometimes it doesn't work.

If all@a.com and abc@a.com addresses are included in the incoming mail, 2 mails are sent to abc@a.com.

What can I do to make it drop 1 pc.

There is no option to detect whether the same content has been mailed twice to different recipients so that the mail sent to the forwarding list will not be forwarded. If two mails are sent to two different addresses, they will each be treated as the separate mails that they are.

The point is that when a mail is sent to two recipients, the sender splits it into two separate mails, not the recipient. For that reason your mailserver does not receive 1 mail with 2 recipients, but 2 mails with 1 recipient each. There is not way how the recipient can tell whether it is the same mail.
