  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Help Desk -> Mail Gate Broken!

When configuring and activating Mail Gate under Help Desk a new Scheduler Task is created which supposedly should call a PHP script which in turn should check a certain email account for new help desk submitted tickets.

This Scheduler Task references a file which does not exist (ttsmailparse.php):

For user: Administrator
Running task: "C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\/admin/bin/php" -q -dauto_prepend_file="" C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\/admin/bin/ttsmailparse.php
Started: 07 April 2005 01:50:09 PM
Task output:
No input file specified.

Ended: 07 April 2005 01:50:09 PM with code (FFFFFFFF)

Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

It's a known bug and it will be fixed in the upcoming 7.5.2 update (being tested right now)

Hi, I've been hearing about help desk and I also saw it on the Plesk manual. Shouldn't it be available on the Plesk area or it's something you buy separatly?
