• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Help Desk Mail Gate Problem

Hello

I can't get the Trouble Ticket System Mail Gate to work.
I'm pretty sure that I configured the Mail Gate Config right: I did create a new pop3 box (helpdesk@puntoweb.com), tested the login/password combination and all, everything seems ok.

It doesnt works: when I send email to helpdesk@puntoweb.com it is not showing any new tickets in the TTS

Did you set the "Ticket subject must start with" field?

Unless your email starts with that extact phrase it will be ignored by Mail Gate - as far as I can tell.
