  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

i search for a "how to":

How can i build "create ticket" with some required fields on a website?

Is that possible?

Sure, that is possible, but this doesn't really have a lot to do with Plesk. Install a ticket system (Google around, there are lots of them) or write one yourself (a programming course is outside the scope of these forums I'm afraid).
 
Yes i know about OTRS :)

But we like to test plesk helpdesk on our systems.

When i create a e-mail adress helpdesk@mydomain.de and create contact and formfields on website with the same fields in plesk help desk... ?

Should this work?
