  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

help needed: mails are delayed several hours

Hello,

could anyone point me where and how to start researching this problem a customer reports:

- they send an email at 16:00
- it doesn't arrive until 18:30


i have discarded local problems already. could it be greylisting related even tho it happens to mails between the same domain?
where should i start looking?


plesk 9.5.4 on ubuntu 10.04 and postfix
(i do realize there is no more official support for this version, but i will not update to 11.x when the 11.x forum is filled with dozens of bugs every day)
