Help no mail!

Although I recive mail from the server about a new account creation sending mail/webmail doesnt work, the link in the admin cp webmail.mydomain.com doesnt work, although when I try to create the subdomain "webmail" it says webmail is allready enabled, in the webmail dir of my site it is empty, have I messed up somwhere?

although I can acess it through my domain using the domain:8425

is this likely to be a dns issue?

hi,

Please go to IIS and look for the home directory where exactly it is pointing. Normally in plesk it points to the directory where your sites are stored inside the vhost there is a webmail directory. Point it to the folder i think it sould work with out a problem.
