I am beside myself with frustration with your company. My domain name is registered with you. You have changed where the DNS name servers point and so I'm no longer getting my email. I TRY to contact you and am blocked at every turn by your requirement that I give a license key. I don't HAVE a license key. I just want you to do your job and handle my registration for me.
You say that I'm a 'valued customer.' And then you make it IMPOSSIBLE for me to contact you. Why do you make it impossible for your customers to get help by email, phone or chat???
Can you please tell me how I can talk to someone and get help?
