• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

We need to hire a plesk consultant to fix bugs and issues that arise with our plesk for windows installation. Plesk support portal is horrible. It usually takes one week to get high priority turn around on problems. So, if you are available for contracting and would be considered a plesk/server IT senior specialist, let me know.

I think it would be better to get priority support from Parallels Support Team.
 
Not happening

Apparently no real users monitor this forum. Or, your parallels team keeps them from answering my request. You define priority as we will get around to it whenever we feel like it. Maybe in a week or two you will have a fix- then again, just a maybe.

I'm not sure that hired Plesk consultant can be really useful without good relations with Parallels Plesk developers and Plesk management...
