  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Horde 5 is coming / Horde 3 support ends (and imp4)

We are working on Horde 4 support. There are some problems with compatibility which should be fixed. After that we will support new version of Horde.
BTW, all security patches are included to currently supported Horde 3.
 
And from your reference:
Since the Horde 4 release, The Horde 3 family of applications has only received critical bugfixes and security updates, the last being released this february.
