hello

i used to use helm cp but i switch to plesk and to be honest its amazing but

i dont know how to make ftp account ? i think it doesnt work in plesk right ?

iam not asking about Annoumnece ftp

iam talking about if i wana give anyone ftp to part of my website to upload something download something

its work or not?
 
To access content of web site by FTP you should use FTP/Microsoft FrontPage Login. To allow access to part of web site you should create Web User. But it is impossible to create anonimous access by FTP via Plesk.
