How do I enable Classic Pool in Plesk?

We have to move an older site onto our plesk hosting platform and it requires a Classic Pool.

I've looked around but only found questions and now real answers.

Can anyone help?

This cannot be done through Plesk CP.
But you can switch it in IIS itself:
