How do I enable 'Site Preview' feature?

I have Plesk 7.5.2 and the Site Preview feature is disabled.

What must be done to enable it?

OK upgrading has just concluded and Site Preview is enabled but what a mess of a preview it is!
It's some sort of HTTP analyzer that shows a very poor preview.

There must be a better way.
