How do I host a site with remote name server

I'm new to hosting, so please forgive my ignorance.

I'm hosting a site for a client that who has their own DNS. I had originally set up the site in Plesk using the default DNS settings and now need to change them to work with the remote DNS. My question is 3 part:

Do I simply turn of DNS for the domain in Plesk?

Do I need to ad their name serve as a record for the domain once DNS service has been turned off in Plesk?

What information do I give them to enter in their DNS table? Is it just the IP address of my server?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance all.

Give him your ip yes, his nameservers will then point his domain to your server. You setup the domain on your server and away you go.

Afterwards it will be a matter of creating email accounts, databases, ftp etc etc. Or you can allow the other person admin control and access to the domain and he can do it. You just set the limits.
