In qmail:

1- how can i stop "Failure Notice"?
2-- how can i stop (Mail quota exceeded) ?

Mail to non existing user on reject by domeinname on mailsetting .

Can also be done for all the domains in once Select ALL domains --> modify --> mail to non existing user --> Reject

Hello,

Please, try to increase the Mailbox quota at the affected domain:

Home > Domains > domain_name > Resource Usage > Mailbox quota

I use plan base setting and its not possible to increase all mail boxes.
And
Lots of "Failure Notice" send for unknown address. I set "Reject" for Non exist user but it's not resolved.
:(

I found resolution:

you need to check perms and ownership on /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue

# ls -la /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue
-r-s--x--x 1 root qmail 25828 Apr 26 15:20 /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue
perms are fine, but ownership is not
# chown qmailq:qmail /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue
# ls -la /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue
-r-x--x--x 1 qmailq qmail 25828 Apr 26 15:20 /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue
[root@ip-97-74-127-169 ~]# service qmail restart
Stopping : Starting qmail:

Hi;

When a spammer sends mail to none exist user in alias domain, mail sever creates "failure notice sender". If you set "Mail to nonexistent user" to "reject" for all domains it not affected to alias domains.

I disabled mail service for some alias domain and failure notice is stopping now.
