How to buy 100 sites for 1 month?????

I recently updated to plesk 11, with surprise that now the web presence builder license option for plesk 10 was removed... I want to add 100 sites of Web presence builder to my actual Plesk license, but I can't find that in plesk store.

The product information has a price of 6 € for 100 sites at month, but I can't buy it... :S
