• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello
I'm very happy of the new Panel 9.2; but as always there're something that's going me crazy.

I have a good Client which own a very popular web site , which generate lots of traffic.
I own a VPS from the most important Provider in Italy .
This web site generate lots of traffic then also great logs. Yesterday I seen an alert on domain for the overusage disk quota.
The problem was the access.log.processed file.

I remember there was in the older version a radio box to compress the processed logs for the domain, but I cann't find this features in this new panel version.

How can resolve the problem from the Plesk Panel Console; I can manage the problem by ssh but I need to write a scipt for any domain, there's something ready?

Regards
Alberto

Hello

"Compress log files" option still exist in Plesk Cp > Domains > domain.tld > Log manager.
If you click on "log rotation" you will see that it is still possible to indicate how many files
to keep. Also, you can rotate files by size, and keep only one compressed file, to save disk space.
