  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

How to create dynamic subdomains?

EmilioV

New Pleskian
Hi everyone,

I'm using Plesk panel 11.0.9, I need to create dynamic subdomains for my site as:

test1.domain.tld
test2.domain.tld
etc..

Can anyone write me the steps to follow?

Thanks

I want to be able that every time a user enter an address like this: lasvegas.domain.tld
I can parse the url address and print the page content, in this case information about Las Vegas.

I created before a wildcard subdomain by entering the * symbol instead of the name, but I don't want it to do a redirect somewhere, I want instead the url address remains the same for as the user has written it.
