  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

thanks

I have done the same and it can not extract. But I can restore those files via plesk on same domain.
Is there any one on this solution.

I too would like to know how to do this if any one has an answer.

I find it really strange you cannot restore individual files from a Plesk backup.

In Plesk 12.0 Preview users can restore individual reseller accounts, customer accounts, subscriptions, domains, DNS zones, mailboxes, mailing lists, databases, files and directories of a site, and SSL certificates. More details in Release Notes
