  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

How to fix this error?

Basic Pleskian
ERROR: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 55057976 bytes) (Show.php:217)

Some plug my site should be consuming a lot of resources. How can I find out how much memory each plugin is consuming?

Assuming that you can still load your website (and that you're referring to WordPress), please try installing https://wordpress.org/plugins/p3-profiler/ which is a decent baseline investigative tool.

With basic WordPress websites it's sometimes possible track severe performance issues down to a single plugin or plugins.

Thanks for your answer.
My website is not Wordpress. My site is powered by Question2Answer.
