  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question How to get to emails in the migrated (from plesk) webmail?

hubert

New Pleskian
Dear friends. I have migrated emails accounts from one ip (old) to the other ip(new), both of them has now the same mirror copy of emails, the same accounts, I have changed the dns and everything to seems to be ok on new ip. But I would like to check if for 100% all emails have been imported etc. How can I get to old ip webmail to be able to compare. Whenever I insert webmail.domain.com I am taken to new webmail (that's obvious) but how to get to old webmail?

regards Hubert

ANSWER

Ok so I will answer my self to my question, maybe somebody will have the same question in the future. So I should have access to this mail using email client and inserting old IP instead of the name of the server.
