  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

How to reconfigure or repair plesk 11?

Hi.
I wanted to remove php-gd, but it went to remove some PSA package, i pressed Ctrl+C to cancel the operation, but it seems that it removed some PSA packages(psa-horde, psa-passwd and some other that i forgot them). How i can repair or reconfigure it? Is there any reconfigure application same as windows plesk reconfigurator?

Try to use bootstrapper repair procedure or autoinstaller.

How i can remove them completely and re-install them. When i tried to remove them by PLESK auto installer, this error occurred:

We purchased the license from datacenter and they don't provide any technical support about third-party softwares. Parallels support team also need purchase ID for give support !!

Why do you think that Technical Support should be free? We have Plesk community here. And if nobody from community can't help you in scope of forum discussion - the best way is contacting Support Team. I think so.
