The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release. -
The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi,
I had go thru the article and i would like to confirm a few questions:
1) Refer to the attached image,
, i would like to know can i access to Plesk panel using http://panel.mydomainname.com or not.
2) Refer to the attached image,
, i cannot edit the hostname. Then, how to access the Plesk control panel url without the port number?
3) "Note: Default bindings will be restored if the Plesk installation is repaired with Plesk Reconfigurator (Plesk Reconfigurator → Repair Plesk Installation → Select Plesk Services and click Check)." Where to get the Plesk Reconfigurator?
