• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

i am on debian, and the docs/release notes says i need to change the apt source, i did found the 10.4.4 apt source but i don't want to take any chances by upgrading via apt-get upgrade

Pre-production version
This is the pre-production version of Parallels Plesk Panel. It helps service providers evaluate the new version and prepare deployment scripts. This version includes all features; it was completely tested and worked in live environments (Parallels supplied 4 preview builds earlier). You should not offer this version to your customers until the official public release of 10.4.

Launch the downloaded Parallels Installer script with the --all-versions option to be able to install this version. This option will not be required after the public availability of Panel 10.4 announced by Parallels.

And maybe your 10.3 license has to be enabled for 10.4.x
But it's good to see it's 10.4.4, so patched before release and beta testing at live machines. :)

I'm REALLY glad that Parallels are doing more testing than in the past for new Plesk releases :)
They've been really good lately in the last year IMHO, every upgrade has worked without major problems.
