  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Howto? - Autoresponder should only respond, when email is sent directly to the adress

Maikell

New Pleskian
Hi!

My Server:

Windows Web Server 2008 R2
Plesk 11.0.9
MailEnable 6.5

I have an email-adress e.g. "maikell@example.org"
Another e-mail-adress is forwarded to "maikell@example.org"

e.g.
contact@example.org has no mailbox and is forwarded to:
"maikell@example.org"
"test1@example.org"
"test2@example.org"
"test3@example.org"
and so on....

Now I would like to make an autoresponder for "maikell@example.org".
("Maikell is on vacation...")

Now when somebody sends an email to "contact@example.org", he will get the autoresponder-message. But thats not what I want.
I want that the autoresponder only responds when the email is sent directly to "maikell@example.org". The autorepsonder should not answer when somebody writes to "contact@example.org"

Is there any chance to tell the mailserver to behave like I want?

The Autoresponder should only answer, when the email is sent directly to "maikell@example.org".

Greetings
Maikell
