Hi,

After the upgrade to the 8.6 I started getting this message before doing the login:

Warning: require_once(HTML.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\elements.php3 on line 7

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'HTML.php' (include_path='C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib;C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\api-rpc;C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\javascripts;C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\locale;C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\auto_prepend;C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\htdocs\domains\databases\phpMyAdmin;C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\htdocs\domains\databases\phpPgAdmin') in C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\elements.php3 on line 7

Wat could have happened? This is a Windows 2003 Server SP2 + Plesk 8.6, is this a reported issue? If so, will it be resolved if I upgrade to version 9.3?

thanks in advance,

Pedro

Hi,

After some digging, I installed a new PLesk 8.6 on a VM, started to look for the html.php but the file does not exist. Apparently what happened is that the elements.php3 file is corrupted... that one and some others. I had to replace some files class.form.php, head.php3, etc....

Now I get the login but the login_up.php3 throws an error and I cannot get it to work. Is there any way to resolve this thru an reinstalation?

I'm thinking of upgrading to 9.0, 9.2 and 9.3.

Will the key work??

regards,

Pedro
