• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

really i dont know what i should do..

I've just suffered through a problem like that; it turned out that Plesk wants you to change your DNS settings at your domain's nameserver (i.e., this is OUTSIDE of Plesk), so that "webmail.yourdomain.tld" is listed on the nameserver with the server's IP address, along with the more usual "www.yourdomain.tld", etc.

It would be very useful if Plesk could ping webmail.yourdomain.tld when you are setting up eMail on Plesk and let you know there's stuff you have to do outside Plesk, but this doesn't happen.

Having fixed that problem on my machine, I have now run into a new problem: when I attempt to log into webmail.himivest.com (which is my website), I get one line of text on my browser "No input file specified."

I think this is something to do with php settings, but I don't know.
