i can't receive any email

Hi, Maybe someone can help me this is the problem im having

I`m hosting my domain name with godaddy and pointing my DNS and MX to my hosting with 1and1 dedicated server and i have all my emails set up with my dedicated server so everything is set up the right way as far as i can see and i spoke to 1and1 and they don't know why i`m not receiving any mail i ran the commend to put the email server back to default and i can send but i cant not receive any email and im going crazy past 4 days trying to fix this problem does anyone know how can i fix it ?

im running plesk 12.5
