  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

An email to our clients is sent from on our server from a non-existant mailbox (noreply@)

If the message is not deliverable I have noticed a build up of failure messages in the mail queue. The messages state "I tried to deliver a bounce message to this address, but the bounce bounced!

I have followed the instructions here http://kb.parallels.com/en/1376 (reject to non-existant user) but the messages still collect in the mail server queue.

Is there anyway to prevent these double bounce messages in the first place?
