  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

IMAP - Folders

New Pleskian
Hey guys,

I've noticed that there're no imap-folders like "Sent", "Trash", "Drafts", when you create an email Account in Plesk Panel.
Furthermore eMail-Clients like thunderbird always complain that they can't connect to the server (probably it's looking for the folders). The emails are being sent though.

My Question is, if there's any easy way or option to set in Plesk 11 in order to create, activate these folder. I googled a lot but i couldn't find a real solution for this problem.

Thank you!

Greets
Michael

Windows Live Mail creates folders automatically once you have specified root folder for your mailbox. Please see this post for more details. I believe that other email clients support this feature too.
