  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Sometime we get this message : ""Impossible to add the product to the cart. Please refresh page."

We are 100% sure that'spb come from PLESK (because it's work perfectly with Release 3 )
 
Which Plesk version are you using and when was it last updated?

Do you see any JavaScript or other errors in your browser's console? Any errors in website logs?

Which OS and OS version are you using, assuming this is a PHP site, which PHP version? When was it last updated?

To tell you the truth, my first hunch would be that this is not Plesk related, at least not directly.
