Impossible to login in webmail

Hi

I just created 2 mails trough the Plesk Panel -> MAIL -> Create e-mail...

When I try to acces the webmail (horde or atmail), the program give me a login error (atmail : Server responded: -ERR Login failed)

The mails are well active.
I sended a mail with attachement to one of them and in the "usage" I see the exact amount of the attachment.

How can I repair the login problem?

Incorrect login data? Any errors in logs?

I always get that error when i've tryed to login with wrong credentials. The problem i had was when i were trying to login with CORRECT credentials nothing happened. You can check my thread & solution here:

I replied yesterday and the message was erased!


So it's not a problem with atmail because horde has same issue.

Looks like the login/pass inserted via plesk gui is not saved properly

You could try running this, usually it helps:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam

Make sure this service is running:

/etc/init.d/courier-imap status

You need to check mail logs for any possible errors when as you login to webmail.

Do you have mailbox with the name written with uppercase letters, like 'MailBox@domain.tld"?

Sorry to come back with my problems but the webmail is still not working


Login via thunderbird = ok
Login via http (horde) = no

Outgoing mail = no for both
