• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue In Plesk GUI we need combined apache log option for all sites.

Hi,
Fail2ban performance and server load if all vhost logs are scanned using wildcard on log files. This is also warned.
No we manually add sites to Fail2ban log settings.
In General Settings -> Apache Web Server Settings would be nice have a such an option.
One combined access log for all sites ssl or non ssl.
This would even ban IP's faster on those that try on multiple sites same time.

You could enable "piped logs" in Tools & Settings => Apache Web Server Settings.
This will create a combined log file for all domains in /var/log/httpd (or /var/log/apache2) which you can use with Fail2ban

I don't know why Plesk is still using different logfiles for http and https for websites - as well as different webstats (AWStats/Webalizer) for that matter...

As for fail2ban and the "to many logfiles", go with Monty and enable piped logs for Apache2
