  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Incoming mail on one subscription/domain stuck in mail queue

Freshlinx

New Pleskian
Since my VPS at Heart Internet failed (and incidentally they lost everything), I have been trying to reconfigure a fresh installation of Plesk Onyx. Apart from a nightmare trying to get certificates to play nicely (I will open a separate thread), one of my domain's email accounts is faulty. I can send emails both through the roundcube webmail and through IMAP on Apple Mail. But all incoming mail to the email account just gets stuck as deferred mail in the Mail Queue in Plesk's Mail Server Settings panel.

Could anyone tell me if they have experienced this? My client cannot currently recieve emails as they stay stuck in the Mail Queue...

What are the exact /var/maillog error messages on the mails or the exact "deferred" messages that a sender sees when he tries to send a mail to the target address?
