Resolved Incorrect SSD memory display at client

Hello, my client's directory is 21GB size but in the Plesk panel it shows 69GB. I did recalculate, but it's same. I'm using CloudLinux 7.9 + Plesk Obsidian (latest).

I see the problem is that it displays "Backup" inside this package, how to not calculate the backup inside normal user package?
