insllation file suffix

Dear supporter

I have download a trial version of Parallels plesk panel 10, a file has been downloaded for me it name is PANEL_10.0.1_20101029.20.efd, but I don’t know how to open this file.
Could you help me please how to open it ?

You have downloaded Virtuozzo template. If you have Virtuozzo server and want to install Plesk to containers - read carefully Virtuozzo documentation about templates deploying. If you need Plesk distributive for standalone server - download appropriate distributive file.

On the download page there is only Autoinstaller and Templates.
What file should I download for a standalone version of Plesk 10?
* The Autoinstaller doesn't work it tells the the password of my Administrator account is incorrect.

You should use autoinstaller for standalone server.

Hi Dennis Safiulin,

you have to use your windows administrator password to login in plesk.
for example if you are using Administrator login and you password is example@1.
so Enter the username as -- Administrator
and Enter the password as -- example@1

after that you can enter on installation or updation wizards.
but if you are talking about post installation, then you have to use that password
which you have entered in installation time for Administartor user.
