• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi there

I migrated from 8.6.03 to 8.6.03, but this time it is Windows 2008 x64 server. The site sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't work, every refresh brings the page or:

Any ideas if Plesk has any problems with Windows 2008 x64?

Looks like a permissions issue. If it's a brand new site, I'd delete and recreate it using a different "ftp name". The new perms and users will be created appropriately, which ought to solve the problem.

I did try many times :-( Doesn't work. As if myODBC3.51 wouldn't work with the site :-( Now I get Error "80004005'

u can disable custom error documents from the setup section of the control panel to have the actual error message displayed

I have found out the problem. IIS 7.0 ADO is not the same as IIS 6.0 ADO. If I use RS.MOVE 10 I crash application pool! Even if I have 20 records and move is legitimate (same code works in IIS 6.0). Just thought you should know.
