Issue Invalid caracter on .asp file after migration

Hello everyone,

I'm migrate a website from Windows Server to Windows server With plesk 12.5. I have one issue, after migrate using the plesk migrator, caracters like "ç, ã ,é," was showed with "?" simbol on .asp files, see attachd image.

Has anyone seen this yet?
