• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

IP Addresses Screen Incorrect

Under "Tools & Utilities" > "IP Addresses" it shows the wrong number of domains. Also when you view that IP it does not show the correct list of domains that are set to that IP. If you go to each domain to view the IP, they are all set correctly. It is this page that is wrong.

Also because of this, when migrating domains, I cannot select an exclusive IP because that page displays that its associated with a domain, when it is not.

I've found other posts saying this has been fixed, but clearly it has not since I'm running 10.1.1

This screen performs additional checks based on DNS zones for domains. If you are behind NAT and have IP address explicitly selected in DNS zone template instead of <ip> placeholder, such situation might appear. If this is your case, please confirm that.

We are behind NAT, however DNS is turned off for those domains and I've removed all records.

I confirm, this is bug, when you are behind NAT, and DNS zone for domain doesn't contain IP address of domain.
