• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello, we have Plesk 7.5 Reloaded, the executives have Iphones but they can't send messages with 3G network, can receive. With wifi everything work fine.

Any idea for the solution different to update version of Plesk?

Thank you in advance.

I do not think that it is related to Plesk version. There is common sending/receiving mail solution as POP3/IMAP/SMTP protocols. Therefore there are no difference which Plesk version in usage. Seems it is network related issue if it works fine via wifi. Maybe SMTP protocol is firewalled for 3G network?

Thank you for your comments Igor, we have another server with Plesk 8.4 and with that server the iPhone works fine, I can't migrate the domain to that server for applications and users policies. We tested the SMTP port, is open in server with Plesk 7.5

May be another idea can be use to solve the issue.

Any comment will be apreciate.

Regards.
