  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Is "black list" (server-wide mail settings) working ?

Regular Pleskian
Hello,

I set multiple mail servers (eg media-26.com) in the black list of server-wide mail settings but i still get spams from these mail servers... does it work properly ?

Thanks for your help.

for me it works, you can see the blocked emails using a "postfix mailgraph" to see the log.
Note that some spammers use the sub.domain.tls. In this case you gone need to set all them.
or you can look for IP address and block it as well on plesk firewall or iptables

Thanks a lot.

"Note that some spammers use the sub.domain.tls. In this case you gone need to set all them."
=> So that's my problem... I thought that setting the domain "domain.tld" allowed to block simultaneously all the "sub.domain.tld" subdomains !

we can suggest this to Odin team.
will be a very good improvement
Make sure that it was not already requested on plesk.uservoice.com
If not - describe your business case and submit request. People will vote if it is really very good improvement.
