• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Issue with update / components page and Cloudflare

New Pleskian
Hello, hoping someone can help me resolve this problem I'm facing when protecting my site with Cloudflare. I've added my domain to Cloudflare and it's being proxied through their services. Originally I had issues with login page getting constantly prompted when in the admin port, but changing to allow multiple IP's help. Now I'm facing another issue. If I try and go to updates to apply an update or add/remove components I get a time out issue. If I turn off the cloudflare proxy on my domain, it will start working again. It would not be the end of the world should I need to manually turn that off from time to time, but it would definitely be nice if it just worked. Anyone see this issue before and or know a fix for it?

tldr
can't access updates page https://subdomain.mydomain.com:8447/ when domain behind cloudflare proxy
