• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Issues with mail traffic volumes stats

VW Nut

New Pleskian
Hello,

Firstly, my server is an AWS EC2 Cloud Instance. Here's all the tech specs:

CPU Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2676 v3 @ 2.40GHz (1 core(s))
Version Plesk v12.5.30_build1205150826.19 os_Ubuntu 14.04
OS Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS
Key number PLSK.[correct number is here]
System Uptime: 55 day(s) 19:39

So, the issue is this: the stats for email usage data say that for a particular one of my clients, their total usage is very low (<200MB), yet their traffic stats show 63GB of traffic on IMAP/POP !!
I have attached two screenshots.
Shot 1: As you can see, they only have three addresses, and have used only 191MB

Shot 2: However, check the highlighted bit: traffic of over 63Gb!!

What should I do now? I cannot find where the traffic has come from or gone to, but it's hiking my hosting costs.
