it isn't possible to log in

hello!
at first sorry for my bad english. Maybe there are anybody here who understand german or russian? no it isn't? ok...
I host at 1&1 root server L with Plesk 7.5. My problem is I can't log in to my admin-panel. Support people from 1&1 say's to me they are tested my Plesk und there are no problem with it.

I have also restarted with psa the Plesk.

Does the admin panel not load for you? It loads fine for me-

i thing you have to check your explorer settings.

I don't know why, but now works Plesk properly...at the same pc and same browser...
