  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

So I moved providers and my old IP's on the server are no longer needed.
I went to the IP pool, reassigned all of my clients to their new IP's and removed the old ones, but there is one IP left that I cannot remove, there are no clients tied to it and no domains tied to it either.

While it doesnt appear to be causing any issues now, i want to get rid of it for good, how can i do this?
The reconfigurator doesnt allow me to delete this IP, and it is greyed out in the IP addres manager so I cant delete it here either, all i can do is enable/disable it.

HELP!

Anyone? Someone must have run in to this issue? Support?? help?

Try ipmanage or ifmng utilities located in C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin

1. remove one ip that you want to replace with greyout ip within plesk control panel ip list
2. remove that ip ( the one you wanna replace with that greyout one ) within your tcp/ip IP List. And then
3. within the ip reconfigurator within plesk reconfigurator, check that greyout ip
4. type the ip that you want to replace that greyout ip within the add new ip inside the ip reconfigurator from the plesk reconfigurator
5. and click continue. That way, it will do all the dirty work for you to replace that grey out ip and change the relative records
