• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Licence update error (Every month)

I am getting an error while updating SB license every month. I have to send tickets and talk about my problem every month. It's very oppressive for both side.
When I tried Retrieve Keys getting:
Key Authorization Server returns the following error:
Unable to Connect to ssl://ka.parallels.com:5224. Error #140410312:
error.

And while I tried Activation Code method, getting:
Could not activate/renew license. KA server response: Unable to Connect to ssl://ka.parallels.com:5224. Error #140410312:

I have checked my server against a blocking but couldn't identify anything. My system is Centos 5.2. How can I fix this?

I have fixed problem after 3 months. I couldn't think of having a DNS problem till today because SB was working properly. The problem was about my server DNSs. Check /etc/resolv.conf
