Question License is not activated - UTF-8 sequence too short

Hello!
Please tell me how to solve the problem with entering a license through the web interface. An error occurs - “xmlrpc error: UTF-8 sequence too short”. From the command line “plesk bin license --install A00F00-TM0Z07-xxxx-xxxx”. The error repeats “xmlrpc error: UTF-8 sequence too short / exit status 3” The license is not installed. PLESK is still blocked. Plesk installed on ubuntu 12.04 system

I suspect that the license file was downloaded with some errors and its body is distorted by some extraneous characters.
Contact support here if you can't figure it out yourself.
