  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Log file filling server

MikeCOM

New Pleskian
Hi,

I have a problem with 2 log files filling up my server "php7.0-fpm.log and php7.0-fpm.log.1". Taking about 350 GB right now. Is it save to remove? It's located in folder /var/log/.

Thanks in advance

Yes, you can safely remove them. But it's better to find the error that they fill out and fix it.

Hi MikeCOM,

I have checked test server with CentOS7, log files of [Plesk] php7.0-fpm located in directory "/var/log/plesk-php70-fpm/". Plesk-php70 logrotate policy configures in /etc/logrotate.d/plesk-php70.

What OS/version do you use? Who is a vendor of php70-fpm that you use?
