Logging into Plesk control panel not secure

I have leased servers with Codero, 1and1 and for some reason when i login to Plesk control panel, it always gives me the warning that the page is not secure and the https it slashed out with a red line. How can i make this secure?

I see this, but it is asking for a domain name prior to clicking self signed. what do i put in here? I tried the main ip address of the server, but it needs a domain.

By default Plesk uses a self-signed SSL certificate. That's why you get a warning in your browser. You have three options here:

1) Buy and install a proper certificate.

2) Tell the browser to remember your choice to trust this certificate and don't bother you anymore.

3) Create a custom CA and then a certificate, signed by this CA and install it into Plesk. Then install the CA public part in your browser to accept the certificate used by Plesk.

I'd go with (2) unless you need other people to work with the control panel as well. In the latter case (1) will be the most convenient for them.

Ok so if i choose to tell my browser to not worry about it, will my server not be secure?
