  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Login form load problem

agavira

New Pleskian
Hello,

I have a server with Plesk Obsidian installed. It was working fine for a long time. But one week ago I can't see the login form. It seems like the HTML is loaded correctly but javascript fails and the login form is not created. The real problem is that this only happens on my PC with my user. I mean, I've tried:

* different browsers (chrome, firefox, opera, IE) -> it doesn't work
* to access form other PC (via Terminal Server) -> it doesn't work
* to access using BlueStack (and default browser) -> it doesn't work
* to access using secure mode with network -> it doesn´t work

but
* to access with alternative user on my PC -> it works !!
* to access form windows 7 virtual machine on my PC -> it works
* to access form other PC (same I use with Terminal Server) -> it works

Also I've tried:
* to clear cookies, browser cache, and windows temporary files
* to disable antivirus and firewall
* to restore windows in a date before login fails
* uninstall JAVA !!!??

Nothing works.

Javascript debug console doesn't show any errors.
All other websites works fine.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance.
